Building upon his experience settling cases as an advocate, in 1999 Mr. Uthoff sought out additional training at the nationally renowned Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law to further prepare himself as a professional mediator. Since that time as a private independent neutral, Mr. Uthoff has successfully settled hundreds of cases.
THE UTHOFF LAW CORPORATION is happy to host mediations. It has excellent facilities to conduct multi-party sessions with three rooms available at all times for caucus. If Long Beach is not convenient for your mediation, Mr. Uthoff is available to travel to your location. Flat rate fee arrangements are available to avoid the uncertainty of costly travel time. As a formally trained neutral with an established track record of success, Mr. Uthoff stands ready to meet all of your ADR needs.
